It's tight for sure. But people will figure it out.... mtb or bmx. There's another 4 foot section going between the full quarter and the box jump to spread things out a bit. All told it's worth probably 1800 bucks. I'd love to see some skate action, but I think you'd find it pretty rough. The joints aren't perfect because I had to build it in sections for transportation. When it's back in Cranrbook maybe we can get something going...

How do you ride with that rubber mallet stuck to the pedal?

It's tough with this style of crank to suck the chain ring close enough to the frame to get a good chain line to the rear wheel... unless you ran the chain off of a granny ring, but that would look silly. We've made it work before, but it's not pretty.
